Single herb extract of Scutellaria lateriflora commonly known as Skullcap. Can be indicated for states of excess Vata and Pitta- overstimulation, over stressed, anxiety fried nervous system this bitter and cooling plant has many virtues towards the upper chakras bringing energy back down into rest and digest as a sedative nervine.
